However, CEO Arthur Trapotsis decided it was time for a facelift as more customers are looking online for sterilizer information and product resources. According to Arthur Trapotsis, “Consolidated Sterilizers’ website is not only a portrayal of our brand, but also a chance to interact with our customers. They can find resources on our products, new design innovations, and important information about the company all in one, convenient online location.” The new website launch has updated Consolidated’s presence stylistically, but includes important customer-focused features as well. Streamlined site navigation makes it easier to find the products customers are searching for, while the “Smart Options” page can help readers choose add-on features to enhance the performance of their units.
