Regional Business Manager Company Overview: Consolidated Sterilizer Systems is a leading manufacturer of steam sterilization systems, providing solutions for life sciences and health care customers for more than 75 years. Role: We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Regional Business Manager. The Regional Business Manager will lead our sales agencies’ efforts and be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through effective management of partner agencies/channels. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader, with a strong understanding the sales process and of sales networks. They must have, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy, Planning & Execution: (25%) Collaborate with sales agency partners to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and tactical plan for sales partner channels to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with CSS senior management to align sales agency objectives strategy with overall business goals. Supplement and support sales agency activities by routinely traveling with sales agents in the field, calling on customers to drive sales and improve selling strategies/tactics. Collaborate with sales agency partners in engaging Lab Planners, Architects and Engineers to get CSS list in project specifications. Participate with in-person meetings with the aforementioned groups. 2. Customer Relationship Management: (25 %) Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distribution partners. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to enhance overall satisfaction. Establish direct relationships with key customers accounts to supplement sales agency efforts and develop early stage opportunities. 3. Negotiation and Contract Management: (15 %) Coordinate the review, negotiation and processing of customer and contractor contracts between CSS leadership, outside attorneys and the customer. Negotiate and finalize agreements and CSS contracts with sales agency partners. Ensure that contractual agreements align with company policies and support long-term partnerships. Monitor and drive compliance to contracts. 4. Channel Development: (15%) Identify and assess new partner channels to expand market reach. Establish and maintain strong relationships with current key sales and service partners. 5. Sales Performance Analysis: (15 %) Establish and monitor agreed upon KPIs and review regularly with sales agency partners, comparing performance against targets. Develop and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure continuous targets are met. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies. Market Intelligence: (5 %) Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments and provide update to CSS leadership. Use market intelligence to identify opportunities for growth and potential challenges. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Strong selling skills with proven experience in sales channel management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Familiarity with sales channels and logistics. Domestic travel: 40% Expectations are 8-10 customers and 3 Sales Reps per month.
