Please contact our parts department directly with the autoclave serial number for more information, as the answer to this question depends on the part(s) you need. We will provide all available options. Depending on the age of the unit, we may recommend a controller upgrade or new unit.

I would like to order parts but don’t have the unit serial number. Can I still place an order?

We do require the serial number to place some parts orders, such as heaters for the generator, but not all. If you do not provide the serial number, we cannot verify that the order is accurate. If you are unsure of the part you need, please provide the serial # to CSS to avoid error. […]

Does CSS only ship parts orders with UPS?

We also ship with FedEx or DHL, however we do not have a daily pick-up with these carriers so there is a chance you could experience a delay.

Can I customize or add other parts to the SterilCARE PAX so I can get the discount?

When a SterilCARE PAX is requested, initially the factory recommendation will be provided. Our parts PAX can be customized to best meet the customer’s needs, but the basic structure of the PAX must stay intact.

You may return the parts within 90 days of purchase, but a 35% restocking fee will apply. No unused electronic parts can be returned. Please call CSS to get a RMA number PRIOR to return.
